Job Description

Coralogix is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Architect to serve as a foundational member of our GTM Engineering team. This role goes beyond traditional CRM architecture — it requires a builder and systems thinker who can design, code, and orchestrate automation across the entire GTM stack (Sales, Marketing, Support). You will contribute directly to scalable code implementations while helping architect AI-native workflows and data-driven revenue systems and help transform GTM Operations into a competitive engineering-driven advantage for the company.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end GTM platform architecture across CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, billing, and integrations
  • Define integration patterns, API standards, and middleware strategy
  • Establish data architecture and canonical data models across revenue systems
  • Define CI/CD framework and structured release governance
  • Design scalable environment strategy (sandbox, staging, production)
  • Define master data ownership and ensure revenue data consistency across systems
  • Establish security, governance, and automation guardrails to ensure scalable and compliant platform evolution
  • Evaluate and approve integration of AI-driven capabilities across revenue systems
  • Establish monitoring, observability, and reliability standards
  • Maintain a multi-year GTM architecture roadmap aligned with revenue growth
  • Design robust, scalable, and efficient Salesforce architectures leveraging advanced Salesforce Cloud offerings and industry best practices
  • Create and present complex technical architecture diagrams and workflow designs
  • Define and drive automation strategies to optimize system performance, enhance user experience, and streamline workflows
  • Translate complex business requirements into structured, production-ready system designs
  • Architect seamless integrations across Salesforce and third-party systems including marketing automation, AI tools, Data Cloud, advanced Salesforce features and enterprise platforms
  • Ensure reliable data exchange across platforms such as Gong, Marketo, Workato, Slack, Jira, DocuSign CLM, Sigma Computing
  • Design and implement automation workflows across the GTM stack using orchestration tools such as n8n (or similar)
  • Architect AI-native operational workflows leveraging tools such as Claude Code for pre-call research, pipeline intelligence, deal scoring, and executive briefings
  • Collaborate on building a unified data foundation (e.g., Snowflake) to serve as a governed source of truth for automation and AI workflows
  • Develop event-driven, system-to-system automation frameworks that reduce manual processes and improve forecast, pipeline, and engagement clarity
  • Design compounding automation systems built on shared data and logic foundations
  • Lead enterprise-level requirement gathering sessions, aligning business goals with technical solutions, and defining the project scope
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, articulating trade-offs, risks, and technical feasibility
  • Define scope boundaries and solution guardrails for complex initiatives
  • Operate as a full-stack GTM engineer building across CRM, automation platforms, APIs, and AI tooling
  • Contribute directly to complex Apex development, trigger frameworks, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration logic for high-impact initiatives
  • Design and implement scalable, bulkified Apex code adhering to governor limits and enterprise design patterns
  • Architect and implement reusable trigger frameworks, separation-of-concerns patterns, and scalable domain-driven designs to support long-term platform evolution
  • Build and review REST/SOAP integrations, Named Credentials, OAuth flows, and middleware orchestration patterns
  • Develop robust unit test classes ensuring high code coverage and maintainability
  • Lead debugging and root cause analysis for production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures
  • Define and enforce code quality standards, Git branching strategies, and CI/CD deployment processes
  • Guide Engineers and developers while actively contributing to code for complex or high-risk implementations
  • Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce architectural patterns, and serve as escalation point for advanced debugging and performance optimization
  • Ensure solutions are implemented in alignment with defined architectural standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 8–12+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud and complex revenue architectures
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external customer engagement platforms (e.g., Intercom or similar) is strongly preferred
  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations as a Solution Architect
  • Expertise in designing and delivering solutions with intricate integrations, advanced automation, and high-performing workflows
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Salesforce Architect certifications preferred (Application Architect / System Architect / CTA a plus)
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and complex revenue systems preferred
  • Strong hands-on development experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future), and platform events
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce order of execution, governor limits, and bulkification best practices
  • Experience implementing DevOps processes using SFDX, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions)

Requirements
  • Seven or more years delivering production software with measurable business outcomes in a product-driven company
  • experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, startup, or scale-up strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at senior IC level without dedicated product managers or designers — independently defines scope, navigates ambiguity, makes architecture trade-offs, and owns delivery and outcomes end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience building against CRM and GTM platform APIs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), including workflow automation, event-driven logic, and complex data integrations across multiple systems
  • Fluency with LLM APIs and production AI workflows: demonstrated experience shipping agents, enrichment pipelines, summarisation systems, or AI-assisted automation in a real operational context, not prototypes
  • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional automation initiatives with direct commercial impact
  • prior experience in or closely alongside a RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Analytics function is a meaningful advantage
  • Active practitioner of modern AI development tools including Claude, Lovable, Cursor, or equivalent
  • familiarity with agent frameworks, MCP integrations, and workflow automation tooling
  • Ability to think at systems level: understands how GTM processes connect across marketing, sales, deal desk, and post-sale, and designs tooling that serves the full motion rather than isolated workflows
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives across marketing automation, quote-to-cash, sales lifecycle, and support operations, from problem definition and scoping through production release and iteration, with no hand-holding from product management or design
  • Design and build the GTM Engineering Platform: AI-powered modules including Pipeline Command Center, Deal Passport, Territory Intelligence, Quote Builder, Manager Lens, Digest Center, and Conversion Intelligence replacing manual workflows across BDR, AE, and RevOps functions
  • Architect and ship AI-powered pipelines that replace manual GTM processes, including lead scoring and routing, deal enrichment, account radar (new hotel discovery), onboarding orchestration, forecasting signals, and Gong-driven coaching intelligence
  • Engage directly with RevOps leadership and GTM stakeholders to identify build priorities, translate operational pain into technical scope, and maintain alignment on delivery cadence and outcome metrics
  • Build rapidly and iterate based on real feedback: prototype in days, ship to production in weeks, establish a pattern of continuous improvement rather than polished one-time releases
  • Make pragmatic use of AI development tools, LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI), and cloud-native integrations — solving problems at scale without reinventing infrastructure that already exists
  • Establish reusable patterns, services, and frameworks that accelerate self-serve capability across the GTM and RevOps teams, reducing future build time on adjacent problems
  • Set technical direction for GTM tooling, make and document architecture decisions, and champion AI-native development practices through code review, pairing, and direct coaching of engineers and operations staff
  • Define and communicate technical decisions in clear, non-technical terms to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining alignment and influencing investment priorities
