Job Responsibility

  • Act as a Project Manager to design and implement Salesforce-based solutions and applications
  • Translate business requirements and functional specifications into innovative solutions that exceed expectations
  • Harness AI technologies (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, n8n, and others) to improve workflows, automation, reporting, and business processes
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with departments across Marketing, Partners, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, BP, Delivery, and Support
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Community Cloud, etc.) applications, integrating with systems such as Zuora and NetSuite
  • Drive cross-platform IS initiatives with AI integration to boost operational efficiency
  • Develop in agile methodology, including user stories, continuous integration, and test-driven development
  • Create technical design specifications and AI integration strategies to enhance processes and business insights

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience implementing Salesforce applications and CRM solutions
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and latest technology offerings
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Delivery, CS/AM and Marketing teams to drive technology adoption
  • Knowledge of security, scalability, and maintainability in solution design and development
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
