Job Description:

Fever is looking for a Salesforce Analyst & Developer to join its team in Madrid. The role involves designing, testing, and improving Salesforce CRM solutions to meet business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders across departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.

Job Responsibility:

  • Understand our business, our technology and our teams in order to take part in Fever internal development projects
  • Understand business processes and design, test and continuously improve our Salesforce CRM-based solutions to meet the business requirements
  • Define and implement Salesforce CRM-based solutions, from functional configuration to Flow, Apex and Lightning Web Component development
  • Deploy metadata between Sandboxes and Production environments with DevOps
  • Display strong presentation, organizational and executional skills
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments: Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Data, and more

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Work proficiency in English
  • 2+ years of relevant development experience in Salesforce Platform
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Proven experience with Salesforce-based deployments
  • Experience in Google Sheets / AppScript development
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion
  • Curiosity and desire to learn, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive, in a fast-pace environment
