The Salesforce Agentforce Lead will be responsible for delivering innovative AI solutions on the Salesforce platform for Public Sector clients. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce architecture, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Advisory: Serve as the go-to Salesforce expert for key stakeholders, providing guidance on platform capabilities, architecture patterns, and best practices, with a particular focus on Agentforce and related technologies
Solution Design: Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions leveraging Agentforce, Data 360 (fka Data Cloud), Omnistudio, Public Sector Solutions and Service Cloud
Technical Delivery: Support the delivery of the solution development including prompt engineering and ‘traditional’ Salesforce development
Act as an escalation point for technical issues raised by your development team
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate solution risks, technical debt, and design assumptions while assessing business impact
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with executive teams, project managers, and technical leads to drive successful outcomes
Pre-Sales Support: Develop compelling proposals including target architectures, security strategies, integration approaches, and implementation roadmaps
Team Development: Mentor diverse teams on technical excellence, communication strategies, and executive influence
Knowledge Leadership: Contribute to internal growth through thought leadership, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and strategic asset development
Act as a strategic advisor and squad lead to deliver agentic AI solutions on the Salesforce platform
Identify and refine use cases that will bring value to our clients
Lead teams comprising of business analysis, user researchers, Agentforce developers and testers to deliver the solution
Lead product demonstrations to the client and build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders
Strategic alignment of technical decisions with long-term business vision
Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation capabilities
Experience leading design sessions and articulating trade-offs between design choices
Experience in consulting and Project Lead roles, with demonstrated leadership in driving digital transformations within the Public Sector
Experience in Designing and Deploying custom Agentforce Agents for autonomous work flows, intent design, prompt template and Natural Language interaction
Use Agentforce Testing Center to test and validate agents
Track performance metrics and execute iterative improvements based on data
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform with a focus on Agentforce on at least three of the following Salesforce Cloud (and willingness to learn in other areas): Service Cloud, Data 360 (fka Data Cloud), Public Sector Solutions, Other Salesforce Industries solutions, Service Cloud Voice
Provide clear recommendations on solution approaches, architectural patterns, and design trade-offs
Review and quality-assure design artefacts for completeness and compliance
Salesforce certifications are highly desirable including Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Public Sector Solution Accredited Professional (optional)
Familiarity with design governance frameworks, including reviewing High-Level Designs, Design Decision Logs, and Technical Debt registers
Understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules) and compliance considerations (GDPR, data residency)
Ability to design secure solutions for enterprise environments
End-to-end Salesforce platform implementation experience (hands-on development experience a plus)
Extensive experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Ability to design scalable solutions for enterprise environments
Be confident in working with source-driven devops strategies, including use of Git for version control and have experience with CI/CD platforms
Any experience of Unlocked Packages (2nd Generation Packaging) is desirable
Review the delivery of developers in your team, ensuring best practices are followed and implementations align to your proposed design
Must hold or be able to obtain UK Security Clearance
