Job Description:

Endor Labs is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day management of our Salesforce environment and play a central role in enabling our go-to-market operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment, collaborates well cross-functionally, and is eager to expand their skills beyond Salesforce and CRM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be our primary Salesforce administrator, managing configuration, automation, security, data quality, and ongoing system maintenance
  • Serve as Endor Labs' internal Salesforce subject matter expert, acting as a business partner to our Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Success teams
  • Own CRM data hygiene, ensure data integrity, user adoption, and documentation of processes
  • Support integration and adoption of other GTM tools (e.g., Apollo, CPQ, MAP, Gong, Clari, Clay, etc)
  • Partner with other Revenue Operations team members to evaluate and optimize processes across our GTM teams
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into pipeline, forecast, and customer health
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues for end users
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend and execute on improvements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation including flows, validation rules, page layouts, production/sandbox processes, and profiles and permissions management
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes including lead routing and management, opportunity stages, forecasting, and renewal/upsell processes
  • Comfortable working with integrations and related sales tech stack
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate sales needs into system solutions
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
