Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, enhance, and optimize our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration and automation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and user profiles
  • Provide day-to-day support to end users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training
  • Implement and manage automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet departmental and management requirements
  • Monitor and manage data integrity, system security settings, and compliance policies (e.g., login history, sharing rules, password policies)
  • Coordinate and oversee system upgrades, patches, and Salesforce release cycles
  • Manage data imports/exports using Data Loader, Dataloader.io, and similar tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage thirdparty integrations and APIs
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
  • Experience with data management and data migration tools (Data Loader, Dataloader.io)
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy
  • Experience with third-party integrations and API-based connections
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global stakeholders
  • Ability to work in overlapping time zones (for meetings with US East Coast teams)

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Agentforce (nice to have)
  • Prior experience in reputed organizations with stable career history
  • Consistent academic background (10th, 12th, and Degree)
