Job Description

The Business Systems Team is central to Wiz's operational excellence and growth, ensuring the reliability and evolution of key business systems that support critical functions across the organization. As a Salesforce Administrator, you serve as a key technical resource focused on platform configuration, maintenance, and business support. Your role is defined by proficiency in declarative features (Flows, Process Builder, Standard Automation) and a commitment to maintaining the efficiency and security of the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be responsible for executing configuration changes to support evolving business needs in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, and for ensuring all administrative changes adhere to team governance workflows and data quality standards for stable system releases.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure and deploy standard business processes using Flow and other declarative tools
  • Successfully balance and prioritize a high volume of transactional day-to-day tasks with larger, user-story-based project requirements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute the build, testing, and deployment of system enhancements within the Salesforce platform
  • Maintain and assist with the configuration of the security and sharing models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy)
  • Implement data quality and cleansing strategies following team guidelines
  • Serve as a key resource for standard functionality
  • Perform regular platform health checks, assist in managing configuration-related technical debt, and optimize system performance for end-users
  • Participate in the release process by documenting configuration changes, assisting with metadata migration, and executing testing plans
  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused support for system issues, troubleshooting production problems related to configuration, data, or user access

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator on a production platform
  • Proficiency in implementing automations using Salesforce Flow
  • Practical knowledge of security and sharing models (OWD, Sharing Settings, Profiles, Permission Sets) and their impact on data access
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, including change sets or deployment tools like Gearset
  • Proven ability to contribute effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving technical environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on data integrity, stability, and maintainability
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions
  • Experience working for a SaaS company
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Experience working within an agile delivery team (e.g., Kanban or Scrum)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (highly preferred)
  • Experience configuring standard Salesforce modules, such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Slack integration (e.g., Sales Elevate configuration), Agentforce, and/or Data 360

What we offer

  • Home Office Setup reimbursement
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Monthly Connectivity reimbursement
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Short- and Long-term Disability Insurance
  • Life & Accident Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (with employer match)
  • Flexible paid time off + 11 paid holidays
  • Paid leave programs, including parental, pregnancy health, medical and bereavement leave
  • Eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan
  • May include incentive compensation
