SHIELD is a device-first risk AI platform that helps digital businesses worldwide eliminate fake accounts and stop all fraudulent activities. SHIELD identifies the root of fraud with the global standard for device identification (SHIELD Device ID) and actionable risk intelligence, empowering businesses to stay ahead of new and unknown fraud threats. We are trusted by global unicorns like inDrive, Alibaba, Swiggy, Meesho, TrueMoney and more. With offices in Los Angeles, Miami, London, Berlin, Jakarta, Bengaluru, Beijing, and Singapore, we are rapidly achieving our mission - eliminating unfairness to enable trust for the world. Role Overview: We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support SHIELD’s sales and leadership teams by ensuring our Salesforce instance is efficient, reliable, and fit for purpose as the business scales. This role sits within Revenue Operations and plays an important part in improving productivity by making sure Salesforce supports how our sales organisation actually operates. You’ll be responsible for administering Salesforce Day-to-day, while also helping to create, review, and improve sales and revenue processes. You’ll work closely with Sales and RevOps leadership to turn business needs into practical system changes, and to ensure data, reporting, and core workflows remain accurate and easy to use. This is a visible role that requires both strong Salesforce administration skills and good business judgment. The focus is on enabling sales teams and leadership with clear processes, trustworthy data, and systems that scale sensibly over time.
Job Responsibility:
Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, permissions, fields, page layouts, and record types, taking responsibility for how changes impact the wider system
Review existing workflows, validation rules, and automations, and simplify or improve them where needed
Support and improve sales and pipeline processes in partnership with the wider Sales Enablement team, including configuring new fields, objects, and workflows as needed
Design, build, and improve Salesforce Flows and approval processes to reduce manual work and support evolving sales processes
Help maintain data quality through regular clean-ups, checks, and basic governance
Support integrations between Salesforce and tools used by the commercial team taking a configuration-first approach
Assist with testing, documentation, and deployments when changes are made
Provide user support and help teams use Salesforce consistently and correctly
Requirements:
Typically, 3–6 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role, primarily with Sales Cloud
Experience administering Salesforce in a live sales environment, with an understanding of how changes affect users and processes
A solid grasp of core Salesforce functionality, including standard automation tools such as Flows and validation rules
Comfortable working with an existing setup and improving it over time, rather than building everything from scratch
Able to understand business needs and translate them into practical Salesforce changes, including new processes and system enhancements
Clear and straightforward communicator who can work well with both technical and non-technical teams
Organised, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership rather than working purely from tickets
Nice to have:
Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not required
