The Salesforce Administrator will support daily operations, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform for a regional banking client.
Job Responsibility:
Configure objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts
Maintain householding, financial account structures, goals, interactions, and client profiles
Support AI configuration for automated workflows, reminders, document processes, and advisor tasking
Assist with data quality, deduplication, record merges, and compliance‑required updates
Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 user support to advisors, operations, and leadership
Participate in testing, releases, and environment management
Ensure security and compliance alignment with banking standards
Requirements:
Hands-on administration experience with Salesforce FSC
Familiarity with Practifi AI configuration
Understanding of wealth management roles, terminology, and service models
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in regulated environments
Must Reside in one of the following states: AR, MO, OK, KS, FL, GA, TN, TX
