Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support a retail technology organization based in Seattle, WA. This role exists to provide bandwidth support to the Salesforce team as project work continues to expand across the organization. The position is hybrid (onsite in Seattle preferred) and is a 3-month contract opportunity with potential to extend or convert.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner directly with Finance leadership to translate strategic priorities into Salesforce configuration enhancements and workflow optimizations
  • Audit and streamline the current Salesforce environment to eliminate inefficiencies and improve the user experience
  • Redesign page layouts, record types, fields, and navigation to improve usability and surface critical information
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with an existing Salesforce Administrator to prioritize projects, maintain documentation, and ensure consistent standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a business environment
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required
  • Advanced Administrator preferred
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, Lightning App Builder, page layouts, and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience improving user adoption and overall Salesforce UX
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams

  • Serve as the CPQ & related systems expert, providing best practices and oversight of system architecture to ensure scalable processes
  • Analyze, design, and configure software to support complex pricing, quoting, and contract management processes in alignment with business goals
  • Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc
  • Responsible for supporting the maintenance of the functional areas of data management, dashboards, reports, etc as well as maintaining and troubleshooting existing configurations and development
