Successfully balance and prioritize a high volume of transactional day-to-day tasks with larger, user-story-based project requirements
Work with cross-functional teams to execute the build, testing, and deployment of system enhancements within the Salesforce platform
Maintain and assist with the configuration of the security and sharing models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy), focusing on detail and strict adherence to access policies. Implement data quality and cleansing strategies following team guidelines
Serve as a key resource for standard functionality. Perform regular platform health checks, assist in managing configuration-related technical debt, and optimize system performance for end-users
Participate in the release process by documenting configuration changes, assisting with metadata migration, and executing testing plans with meticulous attention to detail to ensure release stability. Utilize tools like change sets or Gearset
Provide high-quality, customer-focused support for system issues, troubleshooting production problems related to configuration, data, or user access and identifying and implementing declarative fixes
Requirements:
3+ years of professional, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator on a production platform
Proficiency in implementing automations using Salesforce Flow
Practical knowledge of security and sharing models (OWD, Sharing Settings, Profiles, Permission Sets) and their impact on data access
Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, including change sets or deployment tools like Gearset
Proven ability to contribute effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving technical environment
Experience working within an agile delivery team (e.g., Kanban or Scrum) is preferred
Strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on data integrity, stability, and maintainability
