Job Responsibility:
Monitor/Resolve production issues raised by different business partners
Respond to and solve inquiries and operations requested by different users
Document, Review, handling and resolution steps for support scenarios
Handle User Creation, Data Fix, Creating Environments, System configurations, Deployments, Profile and Permission fixes
Create and manage custom reports, dashboards
Monitor Logs and Queues
Evaluate automation opportunities to enhance existing efficiencies
Collaborate with Developers for other systems to integrate across the business as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products
Salesforce Administration Certification
Hands on in Salesforce Admin activities like Creating Flows, Process Builders, Approval process, Permissions , data migration
Knowledge in managing third party app exchange tools
Understanding of OOPs concepts
Essential to have good analytical and communication skills
