Future Sales Opportunities Beginning in Early 2026 in Arizona, Charleston, SC, New York, Oregon, California, Texas, Georgia (Atlanta), and Florida. FBIN is expanding our sales organization in 2026 and expects to open multiple sales roles across key markets. This requisition is part of our Sales Talent Pool, allowing you to express interest in future openings and be considered as roles are approved. Our 2026 hiring plan will include opportunities ranging from entry level roles to positions requiring up to 7+ years of experience in territory management, account management, distribution sales, or related sales functions.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and strengthen customer and channel relationships
Manage or support distributor, contractor, wholesale, and retail partner accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned region
Conduct in-person customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain to support customer needs and market growth
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and distributor needs
Support new product launches and channel initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Sales experience in roles such as Territory Manager, Inside Sales, Distributor/Wholesale Sales, or Retail/Outside Sales
Experience specifically in building materials, wholesale distribution, plumbing/HVAC construction, or similar channel-based industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Nice to have:
Proven success managing distributor or multi-stakeholder customer accounts
