Job Description

Our sales team assists customers in the purchasing process, helping them identify IKEA products that will make a positive difference in their home life, based on their needs and dreams.

Job Responsibility

  • Keeping everything tidy and organized
  • Actively contributing to IKEA's sales results
  • Knowing IKEA products and actively learning their features to present relevant and high-quality solutions to our customers
  • Approaching customers, demonstrating empathy and active listening, asking questions that allow us to explore the needs and dreams of customers, to arrive at the best solutions for their homes
  • Ensuring that the products and solutions presented in the various sales areas have adequate communication so that customers who prefer can buy independently
  • Analyzing the capacity of the available sales space, based on system information, to always ensure the availability of items for the customer
  • Having visibility into how the different IKEA sales channels (stores, planning studios, website and app) can be integrated into the customer's shopping experience, for products and services
