Blue Yonder is seeking a Sales Velocity Representative to join our Professional Services Sales team. In this role, you will manage run-rate business within assigned territories, driving incremental growth by supporting cross-functional teams. You will be customer facing and will play a key part in facilitating the creation, processing, and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests (CRs) for Professional Services engagements. These engagements are essential to strengthening customer relationships and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of Blue Yonder’s software solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a trusted partner to Blue Yonder’s account teams
Manage contracting activities, negotiations as applicable, and oversee approval processes
Collaborate with Client Partners, Services Pre-Sales, and Project Management teams
Provide weekly forecasting and reporting to sales and services leadership
Engage routinely with account teams and customers
Ensure all SOWs and CRs comply with internal policies, legal guidelines, and pricing rules
Maintain accurate, organized records of all commercial documents
Support the maintenance and improvement of templates, checklists, and tools
Gather feedback from account teams and customers to identify pain points
Optimize time-to-contract by streamlining deal desk workflows
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
2+ years of experience in a customer facing role – renewals, consulting, delivery or a similar function
Background in Professional Services or Customer Success
Experience supporting services or SaaS-based offerings
Exposure to sales enablement functions
Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Customer-centric thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective commercial solutions
Continuous improvement mindset
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with supply chain processes and systems
Flexibility to support regional time zones and collaborate with global teams

Experience using Generative AI tools to streamline or support commercial processes
