Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Valuer based in our Chester branch. This is a full-time, permanent position with an OTE of up to £40,000.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting the Sales manager in acquiring and maintaining leading market share to a significant margin in sales
  • Undertake measure ups, photographs & brochure production
  • Being acutely aware of your own stock numbers and profile for sale, with a strong awareness of local competition's stock
  • Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensuring there is cross-selling of our services throughout the company by referring potential business to different departments, particularly FS and Lettings
  • Negotiating sales to a successful exchange and completion
  • Support the Sales manager to meet branch business plan targets
  • Developing commercial understanding of branch profit and loss
