With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell, and let their property. Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Valuer based in our Chester branch. This is a full-time, permanent position with an OTE of up to £40,000.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting the Sales manager in acquiring and maintaining leading market share to a significant margin in sales
  • Undertake measure ups, photographs & brochure production
  • Being acutely aware of your own stock numbers and profile for sale, with a strong awareness of local competition's stock
  • Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensuring there is cross-selling of our services throughout the company by referring potential business to different departments, particularly FS and Lettings
  • Negotiating sales to a successful exchange and completion
  • Support the Sales manager to meet branch business plan targets
  • Developing commercial understanding of branch profit and loss
