Job Responsibility:
Manage a diverse portfolio of properties
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors by proactively addressing their feedback and concerns
Negotiate to secure the best possible outcomes, ensuring adherence to our fee structure
Provide accurate market appraisals and advise clients on effective pricing strategies
Requirements:
You have a proven track record of success in a Senior Negotiator or Valuer role within Estate Agency Sales
You have proven ability to generate new business opportunities and secure property instructions through proactive networking and relationship building
You have a comprehensive understanding of the conveyancing and sales progression process
You have a proven ability to influence and motivate team members to achieve shared goals
You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
You have a strong understanding of the sales valuation process and use of sales comparables
You hold a valid driving licence (essential)
