Job Responsibility

  • Work full-time, on-site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade
  • Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email
  • Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets
  • Sell the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more
  • Build a customer base of new and returning customers
  • Assist customers with travel related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, what to pack, where to eat

Requirements

  • Seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations
  • Great organisational skills
  • Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a high-pressure environment
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and warmth
  • Savviness with computers
