Job Responsibility

  • Work full-time, on-site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade
  • Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for customers
  • Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets
  • Build a customer base of new and returning customers
  • Assist customers with travel related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, what to pack, where to eat, what to avoid
