Job Responsibility

  • Work full-time, on-site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade
  • Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers
  • Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets where you’ll sell the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more
  • Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays
  • Assist our customers with their travel related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, what to pack, where to eat, what to avoid

Requirements

  • A seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations
  • Great organisational skills
  • Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing workload in a high-pressure environment
  • Enthusiasm, passion and a warmth that makes customers want to book with you
  • A savviness with computers, ready to toggle between various complex systems
