Our client is a leading regional healthcare corporation dedicated to improving lives through innovative, specialized medical and pharmaceutical products across Southeast Asia. They are looking for talented individuals to join their sales training team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the full sales training lifecycle, from needs assessment and curriculum creation to program delivery and policy alignment with HR requirements
  • Design, develop, and evaluate innovative sales training programs and subject matter materials to boost the skills and knowledge of the sales team specialists
  • Direct, mentor, and evaluate the sales training team to ensure effective and budget-conscious execution of the department's training strategy
  • Maintain the training department's relevance by proactively researching and integrating external best practices, innovations, and adult education methods into sales training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Science or a related field is required
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing stakeholders, demonstrating strong written and oral communication in a business context
  • Demonstrated history of designing, creating, and delivering impactful business presentations and compelling slides to sales or similar professional audiences
  • Proficiency in utilizing virtual learning platforms and implementing technology-driven training tools in a professional, digital environment
