Graduate program focused on developing specialist technical expertise in sales, trading, and structuring. Participants will develop understanding of global markets and build communication, quantitative, and analytical skills. After training, analysts start on a specific desk in areas including Client Capital Management, Commodities, Credit, Equities, Foreign Exchange, Rates, Structuring, etc.
