Job Responsibility

  • Learn to manage and grow your own customer territory aligned with Napa’s value proposition
  • Build positive relationships with Fleet, Civil, Heavy Duty Equipment Dealers, Manufacturing customers and discover new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet business goals
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and product training to boost your knowledge and skills

Requirements

  • No previous experience required — just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn!
  • Motivated self-starter with energy, confidence, and drive to develop a career in sales
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable learning to negotiate and influence
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in industrial, automotive, or commercial sectors is a bonus but not essential
  • Willingness to attend training and grow professionally every day
