Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Technology Portfolio Manager to bring structure, governance, and alignment to a large, complex portfolio of Sales Technology initiatives. This is a high-impact role within IT focused on improving prioritization, enforcing governance, and driving accountability across a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is an individual contributor position requiring strong communication skills, confidence under pressure, and the ability to influence teams without direct authority.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a high-volume Sales Technology project pipeline, including intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and capacity alignment
  • Establish and strengthen governance processes to improve visibility, consistency, and execution
  • Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities
  • Evaluate and rationalize project demand, including consolidating, reclassifying, or redirecting work where appropriate
  • Coordinate initiatives across Salesforce, CPQ, and related sales platforms
  • Track progress, risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across multiple workstreams
  • Lead status meetings, roadmap reviews, and governance discussions
  • Communicate effectively across technical teams, vendors, and business partners
  • Escalate blockers and drive resolution in challenging or ambiguous situations
  • Support release planning, testing, and deployment readiness activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, portfolios, or enterprise applications
  • Strong experience with governance, prioritization, and portfolio oversight
  • Experience supporting customer-facing or Sales Technology platforms (Salesforce, CPQ, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree required

Nice to have

  • Experience working in complex IT environments with multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Background supporting cross-functional teams with competing priorities
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification preferred
