As Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and managing the regional sales team. You will support Portolio Heads of Sales with the development and execution of strategic sales plans, drive stretch revenue growth, and maximize sales opportunities. You coach a team of sales professionals, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and building strong relationships with clients, industry and government partners. This is a management position that requires exceptional sales expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive industry.
Job Responsibility:
Commercial Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans in partnership with the Portfolio Head of Sales to exceed revenue targets across all product lines
Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities using data-led insights and pipeline analysis
Drive customer optimisation strategies to maximise lifetime value and retention
Manage a complex sales pipeline with accuracy in forecasting, risk assessment and market evaluation
Build multi-threaded relationships with key clients and stakeholders, delivering outcome-focused solutions
Foster an entrepreneurial team culture—encouraging ambition, intelligent risk-taking and breakthrough thinking
Inspirational Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional commercial outcomes

Requirements:
Must be based in KSA
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
Proven exhibition sales experience (essential) with a strong track record of delivering results
Demonstrated success leading sales performance in competitive, fast-paced environments
Experience in people management and team development
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage complex sales cycles
Entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined organisation and prioritisation
Clear, influential communicator and respected role model within sales leadership
