Job Responsibility:

Create insightful reports with actionable feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement
Recruit and lead a team of high-performing EV Experts
Forecast team performance and implement strategies and plans for long term success
Ensure outstanding customer service, recording customer satisfaction, and sharing best practices across the sales teams
Oversee quality assurance, ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines
Guarantee top-quality service delivery at all times, maintaining a high standard of customer experience
Collaborate with other Sales Team Managers to share best practices
Work with cross-functional teams to iterate propositions and materials for the B2B/B2C market
Think holistically, considering the impact of decisions on wider teams and the overall business

Requirements:
Previous B2B or B2B2C sales management experience
A proven track record managing large teams with different skill sets in a phone based environment
Extensive knowledge of sales methodologies, principles and practices with the ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams
Experience working in a growth environment with an adaptable mindset to excel in an ever-changing business environment
A self-starter attitude with the ability to think independently, get things done and complete tasks ahead of schedule
Strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for electric vehicles / energy and decarbonisation
Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a drive for going above and beyond for our customers
Nice to have:
Car industry knowledge would be preferred but not essential
