Sales Team Leader (40T, 1Year Temporary) - IKEA Goyang
Job Responsibility:
Lead by example on the shop floor every day by supporting, challenging, and coaching co-workers
Together with your team, put the customer first in everything you do within the store
Ensure every customer has a shopping experience that exceeds their expectations
Take full responsibility for ensuring your shop is always in excellent condition — fully stocked and with the four merchandising basics in place at all times: priced, clean, well assembled, and available
Together with your Shopkeeper, take responsibility for department goals and ensure action plans are clearly communicated and implemented within the team
Follow up on agreed actions by using proven solutions and best practices to deliver department goals
Build strong knowledge of IKEA products, including their features and benefits, and actively share this knowledge with customers and co-workers
Proactively identify commercial opportunities and take action to maximize sales by understanding customers, the local market, and competitors
Respond quickly to commercial opportunities, including product availability changes (overstock and out-of-stock situations) and customer feedback such as the top 10 most frequently asked questions
Actively sales steer together with your team toward top-selling products, prioritized products (e.g. overstock/övertag), and IKEA service products to maximize sales and long-term profitability
