We work with over 50 government departments and 60 public agencies across Europe, and we’re looking for a Sales Team Leader to help grow our presence in Brussels. As Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading, developing, and managing key client accounts, with a strong focus on time-and-means IT staffing and consultancy services for the European Institutions. You will both lead the team and actively contribute to sales success, combining leadership, business development, and client management.
Job Responsibility:
Define clear objectives, develop strategies, and set deadlines for the team
Inspire the team, foster a positive culture, and support professional development
Assign responsibilities based on team members' skills and expertise
Monitor progress, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance check-ins
Act as a liaison, relay instructions, and ensure open communication channels
Mediate conflicts, address challenges, and find solutions
Manage the full sales cycle: from identifying new opportunities and qualifying client needs, to managing the request processes, securing contracts and ensuring successful project delivery
Drive recruitment efforts: in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team, find and attract top-tier candidates, aligning the right talent with the right opportunities
Build lasting partnerships: establish strong, trust-based relationships with existing and potential clients, always ensuring high satisfaction and added value
Support your consultants: ensure a smooth onboarding, regular follow-ups, evaluations, and career development planning for the experts assigned to your accounts
Track KPIs and report team progress to upper management
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a team leader in a sales-driven environment
Proven success in business development and account management
Ability to motivate, coach, and lead by example
Strategic, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of accuracy and strong organizational skills
Strong networking abilities and an existing professional network
