Job Description:

Sales Team Leader position at IKEA Slacks Creek, responsible for driving sales growth, leading team members, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining operational performance in a retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Drive sales growth by understanding customers' needs and analyzing local market
Secure operational performance and development of dedicated business area
Execute central solutions and ways of working
Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
Ensure seamless and positive customer experience across both channels
Lead and motivate team members to maintain organised, well-stocked environment
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
