As the Sales Team Leader for Belgium, you are responsible for driving both sales performance and people development. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Account Executives while actively engaging in strategic deals to secure the region’s growth targets. You’ll report to the Heads of Sales.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Account Executives (Hybrid profiles Farmers/Hunters) in Belgium
Define and track sales targets (ARR, PS, cross-sell, churn) and ensure consistent performance
Support your team in complex deals (co-selling, forecasting, negotiation, closing)
Foster a high-performance culture built on transparency, collaboration, and accountability
Actively contribute to revenue growth by managing or supporting key strategic accounts
Shape and execute go-to-market plans by vertical and by country
Drive prospecting, upsell, and renewal actions in line with company strategy
Ensure pipeline accuracy and forecast reliability
Enforce the use of MEDDPICC methodology and stage discipline within CRM
Run weekly sales reviews and share insights with senior management and marketing
Requirements:
8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
3+ years in a team-lead or sales-management position
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders and countries
Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to coach for performance
Comfortable working with KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline management tools
Positive leadership, strong communication, and people-first mindset
Fluent in French, English and Dutch
