Job Description:

Sales Team Leader position at IKEA North Lakes, responsible for driving sales growth, leading the sales floor team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and analyzing market data to improve business results.

Job Responsibility:

Drive sales growth by understanding customer needs and analysing local market
Ensure co-workers have growth mindset and up-to-date product knowledge
Maintain shop in excellent condition with full stock
Oversee daily operations of sales floor team
Execute central solutions and develop local ways of working
Analyse sales data to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:
