We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader / Country Manager UK, a strategic and hands-on leader to scale our commercial presence in the UK, lead and grow high-performing sales teams, and act as the local ambassador for bsport. This is a unique opportunity to own a key market, shape go-to-market strategy, and play a central role in bsport’s continued international expansion. Job Responsibility:

  • Own the Market: Lead and accelerate bsport’s growth across the UK, driving revenue and shaping expansion strategies for boutique fitness and wellness businesses
  • Build a Winning Team: Hire, coach, and develop Account Executives, creating a high-performance, results-driven sales culture
  • Set the Strategy: Define and execute the UK go-to-market strategy, sales playbooks, positioning, and local initiatives with strong autonomy
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to align strategy, influence roadmap decisions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Be the Local Voice: Represent bsport internally and externally in the UK, contributing to brand awareness and long-term market positioning

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with proven experience managing SMB-focused Sales Teams
  • A strong track record of hitting revenue targets and scaling sales teams in fast-growth environments
  • Hands-on sales leadership experience beyond SDR teams-you’ve led AEs or full commercial teams
  • Experience selling into the UK market, with a solid understanding of its SMB SaaS landscape
  • An entrepreneurial, strategic, and data-driven mindset, comfortable owning decisions and building structure where none exists
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and scale high-performing teams
