This individual will play a critical role in supporting a fast-paced sales organization by preparing and maintaining sales materials, assisting with customer presentations and business reviews, and coordinating internal meetings and key initiatives. The role requires advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data related to sales activities, promotional programs, trade spending, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for leadership. The Sales Support professional will also handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including processing and tracking sample orders, completing required documentation such as new item setups and pricing updates, and supporting the management of promotional and rebate programs. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role serves as a key liaison between sales representatives, customers, and internal teams, often navigating competing priorities and last-minute changes.
