Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Support team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes and providing exceptional support to both internal teams and customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in managing post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
  • Support inbound and outbound sales operations by addressing inquiries and providing detailed product information
  • Process and track customer orders with accuracy, ensuring timely entry into the system
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to facilitate order management and monitor fulfillment progress
  • Maintain organized records of sales transactions and customer communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and recommend actionable solutions
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and preparing reports
  • Communicate with clients to address concerns and offer solutions that align with their needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales support, inside sales, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of post-sales processes and order management systems
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales practices
