Support the sales team and streamline project workflows for an established manufacturing specialist. This role focuses on administrative precision, SAP management, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth business operations.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain customer data and perform regular updates within the SAP system
Oversee the preparation and issuance of Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Contracts
Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance to ensure on-time delivery and invoicing
Manage administrative tasks, office operations, and regular reporting
Monitor collections, invoicing, and account follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in sales administration or project support
High proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
