Job Responsibility:
Process and review purchase and sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
Organize and submit product setup information to customers in a timely manner
Evaluate and edit website copy sheets and images to ensure quality and consistency
Handle data entry tasks with precision using tools like Excel and Word
Communicate effectively with customers and team members through written correspondence
Maintain organized records and workflows to support sales operations
Multitask effectively to manage various responsibilities and deadlines
Collaborate with team members to proactively address challenges and improve processes
Provide dependable support by following directions and adhering to company standards
Requirements:
Proficient in data entry and typing tasks, with strong skills in Excel and Word
Exceptional written communication abilities, including grammar and clarity
Highly organized and detail-oriented in managing tasks and records
Capable of multitasking and handling competing priorities effectively
Proactive and dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing requirements
Familiarity with tools such as CRM, ERP systems, and CPQ software
