Job Responsibility
Develop and maintain productive partnerships with healthcare organizations, nonprofits, public agencies, and academic institutions to support continued program growth
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, follow-up on incoming interest, discovery meetings, presentations, and proposal coordination
Represent the organization at conferences and industry events to increase visibility, expand the prospect pipeline, and support contract generation
Encourage repeat participation and renewals by staying engaged with clients, identifying evolving needs, and reinforcing long-term value
Support contract administration, order-related coordination, and accounts receivable follow-up to help maintain smooth client transactions
Monitor sales activity, engagement trends, and marketing results using CRM tools and reporting processes to provide clear performance updates
Work closely with internal program teams to align client expectations with service delivery and ensure a strong overall customer experience
Partner with executive leadership to shape outreach priorities, refine market messaging, and identify additional growth opportunities, including funding-related prospects
Requirements
Experience in sales support, business development, account management, or client relationship management
Ability to manage both outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries with a detail-oriented and consultative approach
Proficiency with CRM platforms and confidence maintaining accurate pipeline, account, and activity records
Working knowledge of order entry, post-sales support, and contract or account coordination processes
Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace for reporting, communication, and document preparation
Familiarity with WordPress or similar web content tools is preferred
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and follow-up skills, with the ability to build credibility across diverse partner groups
