Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support team member to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This Contract position offers an exciting opportunity to assist with sales processes, client interactions, and administrative tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Utilize computer systems and databases to accurately input client data, generate quotes, and perform essential job functions
  • Prepare client quotes and provide support to the sales team as needed
  • Respond to client inquiries about products and services using Zendesk and pre-defined macros
  • Maintain organized and updated records within CRM and ERP systems
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless support and service
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction
  • Assist in auditing and billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Handle inbound calls and address client needs promptly and professionally
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and procedures to provide accurate information
  • Support enterprise resource planning initiatives and configure price quote tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in web environments, search engines, and communication tools
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Zendesk
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal means
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, including Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle inbound calls and client inquiries with professionalism

Nice to have:

  • Experience in auditing and billing functions is preferred
  • Knowledge of financial services and enterprise resource planning solutions is a plus
