Job Responsibility:
Supporting Sales Managers and assisting the Office Manager
Generating quotations and processing sales orders, invoicing, and credit notes
Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
Coordinating courses and exhibitions
Managing demonstration equipment bookings
Providing holiday cover for other team members as needed
Ensuring high-quality administration across all tasks
Requirements:
Experience in a similar customer support function
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (desirable)
Strong knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or similar accounting software (desirable)
