We are looking for a detail-oriented , Bilingual, Sales Support specialist to join a management consultancy team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who excels at keeping sales activities organized, responding promptly to customer needs, and maintaining accurate records across multiple workflows. In this role, you will help improve turnaround times for quotes and orders while supporting smooth coordination between customers, sales, and operations.
Job Responsibility:
Create and distribute customer pricing proposals with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
Enter and update large volumes of sales and order information while maintaining reliable records
Communicate with customers to provide updates, answer routine questions, and follow through on open quotes and orders
Partner with sales team members to manage administrative tasks, documentation, and day-to-day coordination
Assist operations by organizing tracking details, maintaining files, and supporting workflow visibility
Maintain customer and product information to support reporting, outreach, and marketing-related activities
Monitor ongoing assignments and internal deliverables to help keep team priorities on schedule
Contribute to order entry and post-sales support processes to ensure a consistent customer experience
Requirements:
Experience in sales support, administrative coordination, customer service, or a related business support function
Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy, completeness, and detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with a responsive and customer-focused approach
Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and following items through to completion
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize shifting needs effectively
Familiarity with order entry, post-sales support, inside sales, inbound sales, or outbound sales activities is preferred
