We are seeking a detail‑oriented and adaptable Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the sales department through administrative assistance, customer service, and efficient coordination of sales activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech‑savvy, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the sales team
Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, sales orders, and customer presentations
Manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM information
Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communication between sales team members and clients
Support the onboarding of new customers and assist with order tracking and delivery updates
Collaborate with internal departments (operations, accounting, logistics) to ensure smooth sales processes
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer experience
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learn new systems, and adapt to changing priorities
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and follow-through
