Job Description:

Part-time Sales Support Specialist role handling sales enquiries via telephone and email, supporting sales teams, building customer relationships, and helping operations run smoothly in a forward-thinking business based in Hook.

Job Responsibility:

Provide sales, technical, and commercial support to customers
Receive and process sales enquiries and quotations efficiently
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain and update the CRM database accurately
Develop thorough product knowledge
Capture and record relevant sales and technical data
Deliver exceptional customer service
Build relationships with other departments
Support Sales Office Manager and Directors
Suggest and implement new procedures
Process sales orders using Sage software
Ensure timely and accurate communication
Keep up-to-date with competitor knowledge

Requirements:

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Strong initiative and organisational abilities
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Sage, and ACT or similar databases
Conscientious, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Nice to have:
