We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join Your Selling Team (YST), Technologent’s in-house sales support and customer engagement organization. YST delivers campaign-based outreach, sales support, and inside-sales services for our clients. The Sales Support Specialist supports sales efforts by engaging with customers and prospects, executing client information campaigns, and maintaining accurate CRM data. This role combines inside sales, customer service, and administrative support to help grow existing accounts, create new opportunities, and ensure a professional, organized experience for clients.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with existing customers and prospects via phone, executing client-provided campaigns with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency while meeting daily goals
Contact and qualify leads provided by clients or internal teams, ensuring the right decision-makers are reached
Understand and fulfill client needs, ensuring project goals, timelines, and expectations are met
Communicate product, service, and campaign information confidently and professionally to prospects and customers
Deliver exceptional customer support, acting as a reliable point of contact for customers and clients
Maintain accurate records by updating CRM tools or databases with all call-related and activity details
Edit and update contact records to ensure data quality and completeness
Work within CRM/database tools to log notes, set follow-up tasks, and track campaign status and outcomes
Follow established CRM and data-entry guidelines provided by clients and management
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude in all interactions
Communicate effectively with teammates in-office and remotely via email, phone, and collaboration tools

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
additional education or training in business, sales, or administration is a plus
1–3 years of experience in customer or sales support, inside sales, retail sales, account management, or related experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable communicating and negotiating over the phone and via email
Proficient with basic computer skills (internet, email) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge and proficiency with CRM tools or customer databases is a strong plus
Ability to quickly learn new products, services, and project requirements
Responsive, pleasant, and professional with strong people interaction skills
Able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and organizational needs
