As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting customers, patients, and sales teams by ensuring smooth order processing, accurate account setup, and exceptional service throughout the customer journey. Job Responsibility
Process, review, and track customer and sales orders in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
Respond to customer, patient, and sales inquiries related to orders, inventory requests, shipment tracking, and account support
Create and maintain customer accounts in NetSuite and Validic, ensuring accurate documentation, billing, and pricing information
Document customer interactions, transactions, and account updates within company systems to maintain compliance and data integrity
Support lead processing and new account setup activities that contribute to business growth
Partner with Baxter's third-party warehouse provider to investigate and resolve delayed, missing, or damaged shipments
Prepare operational reports, maintain exception logs, and escalate customer or patient concerns in accordance with company procedures
Assist with inventory activities, including intake, tracking, and recycling of cardiac monitoring devices, while contributing to team productivity and service goals
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service, sales support, account support, order management, or related experience
Experience processing orders, maintaining customer accounts, or supporting operational workflows
Experience working with billing, pricing, account management, or customer records
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Nice to have
Experience working with CRM systems, NetSuite, Validic, or similar customer management platforms
Experience in healthcare, medical device, patient support, or other regulated industries
Experience supporting inventory management, logistics, shipment coordination, or warehouse-related processes
