Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will provide vital assistance to Account Managers, ensuring seamless sales operations, exceptional client service, and efficient administrative processes. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your organizational and communication skills will make a significant impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage client communications, ensuring inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and accurately
  • Create and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation to support Account Managers in client meetings
  • Organize and update client records within company systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Assist in processing orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and providing timely updates to clients
  • Handle administrative tasks related to proposals, contracts, invoices, and follow-ups to streamline sales operations
  • Coordinate internal resources for account-related projects to enhance efficiency
  • Resolve client concerns directly or by collaborating with relevant departments
  • Serve as a communication bridge between Account Managers and internal teams to guarantee smooth workflows
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for Account Managers
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
  • Strong organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Experience in administrative assistance and office-related tasks
  • Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Prior experience in data entry and receptionist duties
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
