Our client- a leader in socks manufacturing in Mississauga is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join their team.
Job Responsibility:
Office Administration: Greet visitors, sign in and hold in lobby
Provide administrative support for operations team
Maintain Showroom walls and samples as applicable
Customer Complaints: Manages customer complaints and gathers materials to resolve/or dispute issues as necessary
Process Return Authorizations for Customer Credits
Process Sock Guarantee refund cheque requests
Order Processing: Active in Renfro Systems: Dynamics, Salsify and Converge
Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team (Order Tracker Sheet, Inventory Reports)
Answers phone calls from customers, takes sales information and converts to an easily readable format
Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Problem solves issues such as inventory shortages and customer payments
Setting up new customers into the Renfro database and ensuring all contact information is updated
Process OI Sheets to ensure items are properly set up in the system
Liaison communication between Renfro internal departments, accounts and sales reps
Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
Participate in helping curate the Canadian line for independent channel
Create bulks for future seasons
New Business (Tradeshows): Participate in local trade shows, in person
Coordinates & organizes all show materials
Notifying account managers and sales agents of any business opportunities as they arise
Business Management: Must use relevant market research skills and sales training to improve sales prospects by also working closely with reps and clients. The functions conducted are managerial in nature by being the go-to person for sales representatives and upper top management
Requirements:
Minimum one to two years of relevant and related work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with intermediate level with Excel
Familiarity with general business principles, concepts and practices
Must have excellent attention to detail with proven critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to move multiple projects forward in a constructive and positive manner
Must be able to work unsupervised and thrive in a stressful environment with the ability to work effectively under tight guidelines and in high-pressure situations
