Proclinical is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join a team in the dermatology and pharmaceutical industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with teams across Legal, IT, Compliance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to ensure compliant sample distribution processes and accurate KPI performance reporting
  • Serve as a key user of systems to enter, report, or track activities such as SFA Order Entry, Virtual Inventory, Hand Carry Samples, Medical Meetings and Events, and other sample fulfillment tracking systems
  • Track and manage onboarding, territory changes, and terminations for field sales employees across shared business units
  • Maintain accurate Rep Rosters for both internal and external reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Proficiency in using systems for data entry, reporting, and activity tracking
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage onboarding, territory updates, and employee transitions
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate maintenance of records and compliance with processes.
