We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thinks two steps ahead to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts, managing data in our CRM system, and assisting our sales and executive teams to improve the odds of success. This is a key role for our Nextshore team. In this role you will successfully support the early stages of the sales process, support our internal team’s processes by crafting data-reach mind-candy collaterals, and join meetings with our executives and clients for sales support. Targeted organizations will be a combination of medium-sized businesses from various targeted vertical markets identified for having a clear interest in nearshoring their teams and/or operations to Mexico or LATAM.
Job Responsibility:
Provide professional and reliable assistance to clients
Conduct calls and face-to-face sales meetings with customers daily
Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
Manage, maintain and constantly update our HubSpot CRM records
Own general administrative functions including accounts configuration and setup, building timely and relevant reports, dashboards, onboard new users, and other admin tasks
Support sales processes to aid teams in opportunity management
Support data imports/exports files and feeds from existing/new integrations and/or the business
Assist in revenue forecasting by supporting partners to improve data quality and accuracy of revenue commitments and client revenue forecasting
Requirements:
Native-level communicator in English & Spanish, verbally and in writing
Minimum 3 years experience in business analytics, SDR, sales ops, finance ops, or a comparable field
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering / Quant or equivalent education/experience
