Job Description:

Support Sales Team with technical data, product specifications, and landscape solutions. Prepare accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Coordinate with design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure proposal accuracy. Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, proposals, project progress, and product availability. Provide technical and product support, including specifications and documentation. Liaise with procurement, design, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders. Support the full sales order process from order placement to delivery by following up on delivery schedules, order status, and client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Landscape Engineering, or related field from a reputable university

  • Good knowledge of irrigation systems, landscaping materials, and design basics
  • Ability to prepare pricing, quotations, and technical support documents
