Job Description:

The Sales Support Sr. Executive will be part of the Sales Support team within the Ad Sales department, based in Istanbul, Turkey. This role is responsible for analyzing advertisement, program, and channel performance based on target audience data. The position plays a key role in supporting the Sales and Project Revenue departments by preparing daily revenue reports, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and external measurement partners. The role contributes directly to the accuracy and efficiency of sales operations and strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze advertisements, programs, and overall channel performance based on target audience data
  • Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports using advertising measurement data to relevant departments, including Advertising, Project Revenue, and Senior Management
  • Analyze competitor activity in the sector to support the Sales team in pricing decisions
  • Verify measurement data in terms of duration and quantity in coordination with the Reservation department
  • Provide feedback to the measurement company when updates or corrections are needed
  • Review and validate broadcast notification forms prepared by the Sales department
  • Perform daily verification of confirmed reservations and provide feedback to Sales and Reservation teams
  • Support weekly reconciliations for advertising publications with media agencies
  • Ensure all digital activities reflect Disney’s values: Integrity, Creativity, Collaboration, Community, and Inclusion

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • Experience with data analysis tools and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Turkish proficiency (written and spoken) is a requirement
